I love my work as a developer and feel that I still have a lot to learn and as such my objectives for the immediate future are to learn as much as possible when it comes to being a “great” developer. As a developer I feel most comfortable working in functional languages and prefer to write code in a functional style. In the long term I see myself still doing the occasional development but perhaps more in the sense that I will lead a team of developers than myself doing the development.
